At Xi-Tech, we specialize in using state of the art humanoid robotics and AI technology to diagnose and repair in the automotive industry Xi-Tech has been the first humanoid company world wide that has been able to successfully implement the manufacturing of the humanoids that can archive these services. "Full stack humanoid" not a general-purpose robot adapted for EVs, but a specialized mobile mechanic optimized from the ground up for roadside and fleet environments.

Brain & AI: The system uses 2026 state of the art vision language action (VLA) models combined with reinforcement learning and imitation learning. It interprets natural-language service requests, processes real-time multi-camera and LiDAR data, and executes dexterous repairs (battery diagnostics, software updates, minor mechanical fixes) with human-like precision.

Body Hardware: The 1.85 m platform features lightweight carbon-fiber composites, high-torque electric actuators with 28+ degrees of freedom, redundant force/torque sensors, and a 2026-generation battery delivering up to 8–10 hours of active service time—more than enough for multiple roadside calls per shift. Modular quick-swap tool arms allow rapid switching between diagnostic probes, high-voltage tools, and repair kits.

Proprietary Data Loop: Every deployment feeds anonymized, privacy-compliant sensor and outcome data back into our training pipeline. This creates a powerful flywheel: real-world EV roadside scenarios (wet roads, uneven surfaces, mixed vehicle models) continuously refine the AI, delivering compounding performance gains that generic or lab-trained robots cannot match.
